Our watch strap comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This means that if your strap breaks or experiences any issues for within the first year of purchase, we will replace it for free. Torn stitching and pealed leather are two specific examples of issues covered.

However, we regret to inform you that leather is a natural product and as such, it may have blemishes, variations in color, and minor scratches. These characteristics are considered normal and are not covered under our warranty. Furthermore, any damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.

In case of a warranty claim, please contact us immediately and provide proof of purchase. We will inspect the product and determine if the issue is covered under the warranty. If so, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
