Thank you for your interest in our product. We make every effort to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase. Below is our returns and exchanges policy:

Exchange Eligibility: All Made-to-Order products are non-returnable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. You may only return or exchange a product that has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of the delivery date and in its original packaging and condition — without creasing & unworn.

Exchange Request: To request an exchange, please contact us via live chat or email us at within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include the order number, product name, and the reason for the exchange.

Exchange Procedure: Once we receive your exchange request and confirm the eligibility, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back the product to us. We will cover the cost of shipping in the event that the customer qualifies for an exchange due to manufacturing defect. 

Exchange Cost: If the exchange is due to a size issue rather than a manufacturing defect, we require the following payment for the exchange:
  • For one part of the watch strap, 50% of the price will be charged.
  • For a pair of the watch strap, 100% of the price will be charged.
  • The client is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will process the exchange. Client will be notified once the watch strap is ready and we will ship the new strap to the client with the tracking number.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the product does not meet our exchange eligibility criteria. Also, the client is responsible for ensuring that the correct size is ordered at the time of purchase.
